This schedule is used to support individual rows of the Multiple general reserves schedule, breaking each item down into its component items.
The schedule can be developed directly from the Multiple general reserves schedule or via the Sheet Develop Wizard. Multiple copies of this schedule can be developed, but only a single instance for each row.
The schedule allows you to break down figures entered as Opening Balance, (Debit)/Credit to P&L, Written Off and Other on the Multiple general reserves schedule. The total row will identify any difference between the items analysed and the parent row.
The user may enter descriptions for the items entered. Additional lines may be inserted as required by use of the Ins key.
The schedule has no sub schedules.
Where a new period is built, the closing balance will be carried forward as an opening balance.
