You are able to define the order in which companies are listed on all group schedules, based on the order in which they appear on the Group members (O) schedule.

First of all, re-order the companies on the Group members (O) schedule. You may achieve this in one of two ways:

• If you want to sort the companies, for example in alphabetical order, highlight the cells by which you want to sort on the Group members (O) schedule and select Tools, Sort rows, Ascending/Descending.
  
  
• If you want to list the companies in any other order, do this manually by highlighting the appropriate row(s) and select Edit, Move, Row. You will then be prompted to select the location to which you want to move the row.

When you are happy with the order in which the companies appear on the Group members (O) schedule, you may apply the order to all other schedules within the group module by selecting Tools, Application tools, Sort companies.

Note:
Any changes to the order of companies within the O Schedule will not have an affect on the Group Tax Payments schedule (A4).
