About Style Sets

Style sets are used to apply a particular 'look and feel' to report output. They enable you to control how each element appears in the report. ONESOURCE Accounts Production provides standard style sets that can be edited to achieve the required report output.

Each style set contains a structured list of styles. Each style relates to a certain type of text output in the report. These style elements inherit the style of those items above them in their branch. Elements lower down the branch can then add to or alter the inherited style.

Each report contains its own unique style set. This means style sets are not stored or edited outside of each report.
