Delete Entity

In most circumstances you should keep inactive or previous entity records. However, if they have been entered in error you can delete them as follows:

1. Close any entities currently open by selecting File | Close.
2. Highlight the entity that needs to be deleted.
3. Select File | Delete.
4. Click Yes to permanently delete the entity.
