Licensing

To be able to use the application you will require a licence.

A licence file needs to be imported using the Licence Manager tool. The file specifies which formats you wish to use, the number of entities you can have and the licence expiry date.

Licence the application as follows:

1. Save the licence file you were sent to a location you can access.
2. Start up ONESOURCE Accounts Production and log in.
3. Select Tools | Licences from the menu to open the Licences dialog.
4. Click Import Licence and select the licence file you were sent.

You should now see a list of the formats you have purchased, together with information regarding:

• The number of entities you have been licenced for.
• The number of 'active' entities you currently have.
• The expiry date of each format.
