Set Up A Company/LLP For E-Filing

In order to file anything electronically to Companies House, a company/LLP must provide its 6-character (alpha-numeric) Company Authentication Code with every document submitted.

Before filing a company/LLP's accounts, you need to record its Company Authentication Code in Onvio as follows:

1. Sign in to Onvio.
2. When the Onvio Home page is displayed, click Setup | Clients in the menu bar.
3. Select the company/LLP from the Clients list, then click Edit.
4. Having opened the company/LLP, open the tab Companies House | Authentication.
5. Type in the company’s Company Authentication Code, then click Save.

The company/LLP is now set up for electronic filing.
