Partnership Farmers
Version 5- platform build 6.30 onwards

The updates within version 5 include:

  • Correct errors with the variables PriorStartDate and PriorEndDate within the Category Summary - Balance report.
  • Improve the presentation of the Category Summary report, including edits to the page header to correct the incorrect prior period date being used, and page footer so these link to the settings on the Summary tab.
  • Correction to the accounting for depreciation, which was incorrectly deducted, within the Funds Flow Statement of the Farmer Partnership Accounts.
  • Correction to the display setting of row Prior Net Book Value within the table Tangible fixed assets (found in the note Tangible fixed assets). Now set to non-zero as not required for first year accounts.
  • Updated the expression used to display the Amortisation accounting policy and Depreciation accounting policy to include all relevant categories, within the Fixed Assets and Investments dialog on the Disclosure tab.
  • Correction to the expression used in the Gross Profit % and Net Profit % expressions found in the Ratios dialog on the Disclosure tab.
  • Added 'change to landscape' and 'change to portrait' templates, conditioned to be used when more than three columns presented, to the Five Year Summary found in the Farmer Partnership Accounts and Farmer Partnership Five Year Summary reports.
  • Warning added to the Balance Sheet to highlight any differences between the values presented and those posted via journals to the account categories.
  • Added 'change to landscape' and 'change to portrait' templates to the Tangible fixed assets note conditioned to be used when the note displays more than three columns.
  • Updated the warnings under Capital/Current Account Assignments within the Warnings pane, so these when selected will open the Profit Allocation dialog as the warnings are now linked to the data entry point to make it easier to correct.
  • Further improvements to the template when used on the web.
  • Various fixes to issues with existing disclosures in order to improve the customer experience.
Version 4- platform build 6.24 onwards

The updates within version 4 include:

  • Move Rounding, Scaling and Presentation option, now found in the Report Settings dialog on the Summary tab.
  • Option to edit the text and alignment of the Page Footers also added to the Report Settings dialog.
  • Added a Report Table Settings dialog on the Summary tab enabling you to edit the text and alignment of the table column headers.
  • Updated the ignored words (spellings) list.
  • Added new journal classification ‘Prior Period Adjustment (Restatement)'.
  • Various fixes to issues with existing disclosures in order to improve the customer experience.
Version 3:

  • The Accountants’ Report has been updated in line with ICAEW Technical Release 08/16 AAF
