Academies: Analysis of Funds Disclosure Dialog

This dialog enables you to provide a breakdown of all incoming resources and expenditure in the current and prior periods between unrestricted funds, restricted funds, restricted fixed asset funds and endowment funds via the following tabs:

• Analysis of funds - group
• Analysis of funds
• Restriction by fund
  • Include a description of the nature of the restriction if applicable.
• Academy trust in deficit

It is accessed via the Analysis of Funds link under the Financial Statements heading on the Disclosure tab.

The information provided on this dialog appears under the Funds heading in the Notes to the Financial Statements section, and at the foot of the Balance sheet values section.

This disclosure can be populated from Excel. Click on Data is not linked and link to an Excel spreadsheet and click Export. This will create a spreadsheet with the same columns as the disclosure. Once the spreadsheet is completed it can then be imported into the software by selecting Update.
