UK IFRS: Share-Based Payments Disclosure Dialog

This dialog enables you to specify details of share-based payments via the following tabs:

• Scheme details tab
• Movements tab
• Outstanding options tab
• Fair value of options granted during the period tab
• Equity instruments other than options tab
• Modifications during the period tab

This dialog includes only the name and description of the scheme when part of the FRS 101 Reduced Disclosure Framework.

It is accessed via the Share-Based Payments link under the Financial Statements heading on the Disclosure tab.

List

Manage your share-based schemes in the left hand panel as follows.

Add: Click to add details of a new scheme.

Navigate: Click or to select the required scheme.

Delete: Click to delete an existing scheme.
