LLP: Analysis of Loans and Other Debts Due to Members Disclosure Dialog

This dialog enables you to disclose details of loans and other debts due to LLP members. Click New to add new information via the following tabs:

• Member details tab
• Loans due to members tab
• Amounts due to members in respect of profits tab:

  Fixed share of (profits)/losses automatically populated from Import/Account Assignment | Profit Allocation | Fixed Profit Share (Total, per member).

  % profit share automatically populated from Import/Account Assignment | Profit Allocation | Profit Share Percentages by Date, Percentages by Date (per member).

• Drawings tab
• Provisions for annuities in relation to current members tab
• Other amounts due to members tab

It is accessed via the Analysis of Loans and Other Debts Due to Members link under the Non-Statutory Information heading on the Disclosure tab.
