ROI IFRS/ROI FRS 102: Directors Interest in Shares Disclosure Dialog

This dialog enables you to provide information via the following tabs:

• Officers interest in shares tab
  • Click New to add information to the Officers interests table.
• Contracts with controlling shareholders tab
• Placings tab

It is accessed via the Directors Interest in Shares link under the Directors' Report heading on the Disclosure tab.
