Although this print screen may be available to some users, it has largely been replaced by a new Print screen.
Note: If you open, print off and attempt to close down a file without making any changes, you will always be given the prompt to save it.This option produces a copy of the computations as for final (below), but labeled DRAFT. This is suitable for review and approval purposes.
This option prints a final version of the computations in a format suitable for sending to HMRC. Working paper schedules are not printed, and cross-references to these pages are suppressed.
This option produces a printout of all schedules and working papers, annotated with sources and marked draft.
Prints a computation with numbers blanked, and hidden rows shown. This may be useful for gathering information.
Checking this box will undershade data cells on the printout which have changed since a selected time and date. This is useful for checking points clearance with review copies or marking changed cells in final if requested by the Revenue.
Unchecking this box will remove the shading from the return, which is useful if there is insufficient memory.
Multiple copies of the computations can be printed out by changing the number
of copies.
Prints the computation alone.
Prints either the CT600, CT200 or CT201 approved substitute Pay and File returns, depending whether the schedule for changes to the return has been developed.
Both the computation and the return are printed.
The cover page only is printed.
Prints the page currently showing.
Presents a list of schedules and prints only those selected.
This allows you to select a group of schedules to print as defined by the navigator, for example the 'E' schedules.
Prints a full list of queries in the computation. Where responses have been added to queries, these will be displayed in a separate column in this listing.
Note: You will be able to print in final mode where all queries have been responded to and the software has been configured to allow this.
Prints a full list of errors in the computation.
This allows the user to control the style of printouts. A number of options are provided, and the user can toggle any combination of these using the space bar, mouse or the <Alt> key and underlined letter.
The options are:
Hide tax payable
The Tax payable section on the 'A' schedule may be printed or suppressed (for
example, if profits are preliminary subject to group relief).
Show reserves
Allows the movement in retained profit in the year to be displayed at the bottom
of the 'D' schedule. Where there are prior year adjustments the user may wish
to show the reserves movement. The default is to print this section for review
purposes only.
CT200: Figures b/f & c/f
Print optional page of the substitute return showing movement in brought forward
balances.
Directors' remuneration
Print optional page of the substitute return for details of Director's remuneration.
Print style
New print styles may be applied to the current computation using the drop-down
menu (this setting may be disabled for non client users). Such styles include
adding the corporate logo and defining the number of schedules printed per page.
The creation of new print syles is explained in more detail in the File
section of the help file. Selecting 'Manage styles' from the drop down menu will open the Print Styles dialog
Show status
Causes the District, HMIT reference and the computation status to be printed
on the cover page.
Print sources at the end
Print sources after the computation.
Single schedule to a page
Prints one schedule per page only
Wide left margin
Prints schedules asymmetrically to the right of the page. Suitable if the computation is to be bound.
This allows the user to select the printer that they wish to print to.
This allows the user to view a print preview of the full computation and/or
return or a specific section of the computation. For example, to preview the
computation in final mode, select Final from the print menu dialog and
then click Preview. To preview the current page or selected schedules,
select Current page or Selected schedules from the print menu
and then click Preview.
