The software provides the ability for users to customise the policy options in the table below. Policy options which were customised in a version of the software will be migrated on upgrade to the subsequent version of the software. Policy options take precedence over user options customisable from the Tools menu bar.

To change any of the policy options please contact your usual support contact who will take you through the process and provide you with the required password.

Working folder	The default folder in which to save new files.	-

Password protect PDF files	Password protect PDF files.	Off
Use 128-bit encryption	Enforce secure encryption of PDF files.	Off
Final Printing
Prohibit printing of single page	Prohibit printing a single page in ?final? mode.	On
Print full footer	Always print the full footer onto every page.	Off
All schedules must have status 'Completed'	Printing in ?final? mode require that all schedules are marked as ?Completed?.	Off
Remove tracked changes history	When the file is printed in ?final? mode, removes the cell change history.	Off
Allow if computation contains queries (if all answered)	If set, you can print in ?final? mode even if the computation contains queries, as long as they are answered. Without this option, queries must be removed before printing in ?final? mode regardless of whether they are answered or not.	On
Edit
Require sources to be entered	All data entry of numbers requires a source to be supplied for the number.	On
Require password to add/edit XBRL tags	Requires password to unlock the editing of XBRL tags and to use the Tagging Wizard.	Off
File
Prompt for status change on file save	Prompts the user to review the file status (DRAFT/REVIEW/FINAL/?) on every save.	Off
Warning only for daily password	If set, then instead of requiring a daily password for password protected functions a warning message is given.	Off
