Edit Variable Value Dialog

This dialog enables you to insert a variable value into a report.

It is accessed by either:

• Right-clicking inside any expression dialog and selecting the Add Data | Variable value option or
• Selecting the Add Data icon and selecting Variable value via the Edit Text dialog.

In addition to the on-screen advice, you should note the following:

Options

Filter: As you enter text in the Filter field, the list is cumulatively filtered.

List: Select a defined variable from the list.

Result

The Result frame provides a preview of the Type and Value of the currently selected expression.
