Set Up Report User Access
Access to report editing is controlled via user rights assigned to the different types of users (Read-only, Standard, Super User, Administrator), as follows:
- Open the Manage User Security dialog via the Tools | Manage User Security menu.
- Use the Manage User Security dialog to control user access to reports.
- Click OK to close the dialog.
- You can then specify user settings via their assigned type, as follows:
- Open the Manage User Security Settings dialog via the Tools | Manage Users menu.
- Highlight the user for which you need to specify access.
- Click the Edit button to open the Edit User dialog.
- Specify the appropriate Type for this user in the Account settings frame.
- Click the OK button to close the dialog.
- Click the Close button to save the changes.
