Open Entity

To open an entity, proceed as follows:

1. Log in to ONESOURCE Accounts Production . The main Accounts Production window displays the Entity list.
2. To open an entity, perform one of the following:
   1. Double-click an item in the Entity list.
   2. Highlight an item in the Entity list and select File | Open Selected.
   3. Select File | Recent to open a recently viewed entity.

You may only open one entity at a time. To close the currently open entity and return to the Entity list, select File | Close.
