Show Differences

The View Differences dialog enables you to compare old and new versions of a template. During the template update process, you have the option to view the differences before you upgrade enabling you to make an informed decision whether to upgrade.

Alternatively, view the differences between two versions as follows:

1. Select the Financial Period Templates | Template Manager menu option, to open the Template Manager dialog.
2. Choose the two templates you wish to compare, ensuring you select a 'child' and its 'parent'.
3. Click the Differences toolbar button or right-click and select the Differences option.
4. Compare the two templates via the View Changes dialog.
5. Click Close.
