Manage Financial Periods Dialog

This dialog enables you to edit, create or delete financial periods for the current entity. It is accessed by selecting Financial Period | Manage Financial Periods.

In addition to the on-screen advice, you should note the following:

List

Displays the current financial periods. The status of each period is signified by the associated icon and status column:

• Incomplete
• Closed

Buttons

New: Click to create the next financial period via the New Financial Period dialog.

Edit: Click to edit the currently highlighted financial period via the Edit Financial Period dialog.

Delete: Click to delete the currently highlighted financial period.

Deleting old financial periods will not remove the corresponding comparative data.
