Summary Tab
This tab enables you to work with entities. When an entity is opened this tab is automatically displayed.
In addition to the on-screen advice, you should note the following:
- Client Details
- This provides an overview of key client data.

Information displayed in this section varies according to the formats you are working with. Any differences are highlighted in the individual dialog topics.
- Click the section headings to open the associated dialog.
- Entity Structure:
- General
- Officers
- Members: LLPs only.
- Key Management Personnel: Charities only.
- Senior Management Team: Academies only.
- Schools: Academies only.

- Accountant:

- Management Accounts Table Settings Visible for specific templates only and enables you to configure your Management Accounts.

- Period Data
- This provides an overview of information relating to the current period.
- Charitable Activities and Fund Descriptions: Charities only.
- Current period: This section provides information about the currently selected period.
- Accounting Periods: This section enables you to work with accounting periods for the current client. Click the Accounting Periods heading to select a period via the Manage Financial Periods dialog.
- Click a period in the Accounting Periods list to select that period and move between periods.
- Periods Notes: Click to add notes for the current period via the Period Notes dialog.
- Other Notes: Click to add notes for the entity via the Other Notes dialog.
