Edit Sub Section Dialog
This dialog provides further options to configure items displayed in your report smart table element and is accessed by highlighting an item from the Edit Section dialog and double clicking, or clicking the Edit button.
In addition to the on-screen advice, you should note the following:
- Content Tab
- Description: Click to change the default account description and add or configure data via the toolbar options on the Edit Text dialog.
- Display: Specify whether to show totals with zero amounts via the drop-down list. Select Always to show all totals or Non-zero to exclude any zero totals.
- Condition: Highlight and right click on an item, select the options: Always, Positives Only or Negatives Only as required.
- Breakdown: Highlight and right click on an item, select the required option to display the depth of breakdown you require.
- Section contents: Add items you wish to include in the report section by highlighting the required content from the Categories, Ranges/Codes and Accounting Period Data tabs and clicking Add. To delete content from the section, highlight an item in Section contents and click Remove. The following right-click options are available for each content item:
- Condition: Select Always, Credit Only or Debit Only as required.
- Reverse: Select Reverse to reverse the sign of the expected value.
- Movement: Select Movement to show the balance at the column end date minus the balance as at the day before the column start date.
- Options Tab
- Breakdown row: Select a style from the drop-down list to apply to the subsection. This overrides section styles specified via the Styles tab on the Edit Section dialog.
