Edit Working Papers Options Dialog

The Edit Working Papers Options dialog is accessed by clicking the Edit Options tag in the Report pane.

In addition to the on-screen advice, you should note the following:

Options

Double-click an item to edit it via the following dialogs. Alternatively, highlight an item and click Edit.

Option	Description
Category Set	Specify the category set via the Selected Category dialog.
Columns: Periods	Specify the periods to include in the table via the Periods Configuration dialog. You can select financial periods, reporting periods or a date range.
Columns: Entities	Specify the entities to include via the Entities dialog.
Columns: Journal Classification	Specify whether to expand total column by journal classification via the Journal Classification dialog.
Columns: Foreign Currency	Specify whether to show foreign currency columns via the Foreign Currency dialog.
Columns: Rounding Difference	Specify whether to show rounding difference columns via the Rounding Difference dialog.
Columns: Debit/Credit	Specify whether to show two DR/CR columns or a single column with credits represented as negative numbers via the Dr/Cr Columns Configuration dialog.
Columns: Variance	Specify whether to show the difference between two figures, and how this is applied, via the Variance Configuration dialog.
Columns: Layout	Specify the maximum number of columns per page of the report via the Edit Column Settings dialog.
Row/Columns: Expansion State	Specify whether to expand rows and columns via the Row/Column Expansion dialog.
Filter: Accounts	Specify the range of accounts to show via the Account Filtering dialog.
Format: Rounding	Specify the rounding to apply via the Rounding Configuration dialog.
Format: Currency	Select the currency format via the Currency Format Configuration dialog.
