Edit Severities Dialog
This dialog enables you to manage the severity levels for each warning. In addition to ranking the priority of a particular warning, severities may be used to classify a warning or type of warning.
It is accessed by clicking the Severity icon on the Edit Warnings Template dialog.
In addition to the on-screen advice, you should note the following:

Add
: Add a new severity level. The information in the following fields can be edited:
- Icon: Choose a different icon via the Select Icon dialog.
- Identifier: Enter a unique identifier.
- Name: Edit the default 'New Severity' name as required. The name appears in the Severity drop-down list on the Edit Warnings Template dialog.
- Precedence: Enter a value to show which priority warning is to be shown first in the list, zero being the most serious.
- Can ignore: Select this check box to enable the warning to be ignored by the user.
- Description: Edit the default 'New Severity' description as required.
The VersionedItemIdentifier and VisitableVersionedItemId fields are system items and hence read only.

Change Icon
: Click to edit the icon of the selected item via the Select Icon dialog.

Click Browse on the Select Icon dialog to import an icon from outside the application.
- Delete
: Click to delete the selected item.

Certain items, for example legislative requirements or items being used in the template definition, may not be deleted.
