File At Companies House Dialog
This dialog enables you to file statutory accounts straight to Companies House. It is accessed by clicking the File at Companies House button on the Reports Preview tab.
You can file accounts electronically for UK FRS102 and UK IFRS companies and for LLPs (provided you are using version 11 of the Limited Liability Partnerships template or later).
Filing works in conjunction with Onvio. This provides the benefit of added visibility of your filings throughout your firm. When you file, Onvio will:
- Create an Accounts Filing project, providing visibility.
- Create an Onvio Secretarial Accounts Filing event linked to the project. This contains details of the accounts and of all communications to and from Companies House.
- Store a copy of the .html accounts that have been submitted to Companies House in Onvio Documents.
In order to file accounts for a company or LLP, the entity must be integrated with Digita Practice Management and it must have been sent from Digita Practice Management to Onvio. The entity's Company Authentication Code must be entered in Onvio.
You will also need to have Onvio Link installed. This manages the Onvio connection that will be used. To find out more, search for “Onvio Link” in Onvio’s Help & How-To Centre.
