Undo
This option is available to undo typing [Ctrl + Z], and is equivalent to using the Undo menu bar button.
Redo
This will restore the Undo option described above [Ctrl + Y] and is equivalent to using the Redo menu bar button.
Cut
This option is available on non-standard schedules only. It deletes the selected range and puts a copy of the cells onto the clipboard [Ctrl + X].
Copy
This will copy a selected cell range to the clipboard [Ctrl + C]. The range can then be pasted onto a selected area using the paste option. See Copy
Paste
This pastes from the clipboard into the schedule [Ctr + V]. See Paste, Paste special and Paste link
Paste special
This pastes formatting, queries, notes and sources from the clipboard for a selected range. See Paste, Paste special and Paste link
Paste link
This pastes a link from the clipboard to an input area of a selected schedule. See Paste, Paste special and Paste link
Source
This edits the current cell source, query or note [F3].
Find
This enables errors, queries, text, sources, changes, names and scenarios in the file to be located [Ctrl-F].
Goto
This enables the user to move directly to a desired cell [CTRL G].
Move
Allows a range of cells to be moved within a non-standard schedule, or between schedules. See Extended menus
Insert
This option allows a row/column to be inserted.
Insert related document...
This option adds a related document to the active file. The document added will be listed in the navigator.
Delete
This option allows a row/column to be deleted or the cell contents to be erased.
Clear
This enables a note, source or query attached to a particular cell to be erased, or for all queries with responses attached to them to be cleared simultaneously.
Reverse sign
This option toggles between positive and negative sign for the value of the cell or range of cells.
